Systematic Analysis of Graduate Theses in Educational Sciences Containing “Palestine” and “Gaza” Keywords

In this study, it is aimed to analyze the postgraduate thesis studies in the field of Educational Sciences in Turkey that contain the keywords “Palestine” and “Gaza” according to various variables. For this purpose, all master's and doctoral theses published in YÖK National Thesis Center and conducted in the field of Educational Sciences between 1998 and 2024 were examined in line with the criteria determined within the scope of the research. While analyzing the theses, various variables such as “graduate level”, “year of research”, “university of study”, “discipline of study”, “subject areas”, “language of writing” and “gender of the authors” were taken as the criteria for the research. The analysis process was planned in line with PRISMA guidelines, which cover the preferred reporting elements for systematic reviews and meta-analyses. The findings revealed that 70% of the theses were master's theses, the most intensive production occurred in 2024, Necmettin Erbakan University published the most, Istanbul and Ankara provinces had the highest number of publications, and Turkish was the language of most publications.
