In disputes arising of employment relationships, it is essential to resort to constructive and peaceful settlement methods.  Mediation is a structured process in which a neutral mediator facilitates communication between the conflicting parties to better understand each other and find solutions that will improve the relationship. The root causes of workplace conflicts often stem from grievances such as miscommunication and unclear responsibilities. Implementing workplace mediation not only resolves immediate conflicts but also improves the organizational ecosystem. Mediation creates a positive environment by fostering a culture of open communication and cooperation. Mediation strengthens relationships and builds trust between employees and management. By addressing conflicts early and constructively, mediation prevents issues from escalating.
